Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
  • Products must be in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened grooming products (Colognes, Conditioners, Chalk & Powder)
  • Personal care items (Clippers, Combs, De-Shedders, Dematters)
  • Hygiene products (Bath Accessories, Bottles & Pumps)
  • Opened media products (Books & DVDs with broken seals)

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
